Robot vacuums are cool (and expensive), and full-sized, wide vacs are great if you've got a banquet to clean up after but storing them is a serious pain. Stick vacs, on the other hand, are the perfect combination of power and convenience. You can spend many hundreds on a Dyson, but you can also bag a very reliable stick vac for much less.
That's especially true right now since Orfeld's excellent lightweight stick vac with HEPA filter is down to $85 at Walmart. That's $114 off the list price and more than $45 cheaper than on Amazon.
Oh, did I mention I've tested this model? It's way easy to set up and empties in a jiff. It has all the power I need to pick up Freddie's hair (that's my terrier) and any other bits that end up on the floor. The vac runs for 30 minutes on a full charge, which takes 4.5 hours. That's a bit longer of a charge time than some fancier models, but at this wildly low price price, it is very much not a dealbreaker for me.
The Orfeld can be used on hard floors, rugs and carpets. it comes with a short stick to convert the stick vac into a dustbuster and with two crevice attachments to clean the car, couch and other small spaces. Snatch it up with free shipping before the deal expires on Dec. 31.
